An administrator must complete an individual review before Golden Age Senior Living can determine whether a home can safely and appropriately meet a prospective resident's needs.
4. Admission, services, pricing, and availability
Golden Age of Sweet Road, 201 Sweet Road, operates under License #015601081. Golden Age Bayside II, 117 Nottingham Drive, operates under License #015600746. Acceptance and retention depend on an individual assessment and may also depend on the facility license and plan of operation, staffing and physical-plant capabilities, fire clearance, required waivers or exceptions, physician or hospice documentation, and applicable California requirements. Room availability, pricing, care charges, services, and other information may change. Contact us to confirm current information. Nothing on this website creates a resident agreement or requires either party to proceed with admission.
5. Your information and appropriate use
Do not enter or send Social Security numbers, insurance numbers, financial account information, detailed medical records, medication lists, or other highly sensitive information through this website or ordinary email.
